Looking for the best streets, stores and shopping centres to go shopping in Palma? You’re a lucky one then! Today, we bring you a full and concise guide to ensure you experience a stylish shopping spree around the Mallorcan capital city.

Main shopping streets in Palma city

The city of Palma is full of streets and avenues with numerous shops that cater to all ages and tastes, from the most luxurious VIP stores like the Relojería Alemana or Louis Vuitton to other more casual-chic stores such as Massimo Dutti, Zara or Women’s Secret.

One of the main shopping streets in Palma centre is Avenida Jaime III, where you’ll find shops on either side, such as Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Sandro, Mango or El Corte Inglés department store. If you follow the avenue downwards from Paseo Mallorca, you will end up in the famous Paseo del Borne. There, as well as indulging in delicious Mallorcan treats and drinks at some popular terrace bar, you can also continue shopping in nearby stores like H&M, Zara or Massimo Dutti. It is worth to note that, if you walk along the narrow street where the two Massimo Dutti stores are located (women & men), you must also check out Rialto Living, a renowned lifestyle and décor store.

In the famous Sindicato street, you will also find a great variety of shops, among them Mango, SEPHORA, Flying Tiger or K-tuin, the official Apple brand supplier in Mallorca. Furthermore, in the nearby Calle San Miguel, you can continue enjoying your shopping day in Palma heading inside marvellous stores like Med Winds, Stradivarius, Pull and Bear or Etam, as well as shops to take care of your mind and body such as Rituals or Lush.

Shopping centres in Palma

El Corte Inglés

El Corte Inglés is the only and largest department store in Mallorca, though the brand has various buildings, including two only in Palma: one in Jaime III and another on Avenida Alexandre Roselló, near the Plaza España. The buildings are big, with various floors where you’ll find all sorts of products, from clothing from international brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Ted Baker to books, handbags and TVs. Here, there’s also a cafeteria, the El Corte Inglés supermarket, hairdressers and a travel agency too.

Porto Pi

This is one of the most popular and longstanding shopping centres in Mallorca. It opened back in 1995 and, since then, it’s only grown in terms of the quality of both its shopping and leisure offer.

Porto Pi Centro Comercial is located in the Gabriel Roca avenue, right in the Paseo Marítimo (sea promenade) of Palma. The place doesn’t just offer an infinite variety of stores, such as Massimo Dutti, Zara or Pepe Jeans, but also some spectacular views to the bay and the city port. Do note that there are also various cafeterias and restaurants around the shopping centre, as well as a cinema, a casino and a large parking lot (which is free for the first 2 hours).

FAN Mallorca Shopping Centre

FAN is the newest shopping centre of them all on the island, and it boasts an open-air design. Plus, the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres and Parks (AECC) gave the mall the Award to the Best Big Shopping Centre in 2018. It is located just 5 minutes away from the centre of Palma and a mere 2 minutes from Mallorca Airport.

In FAN Mallorca Shopping Centre you can find all sorts of fashion, accessories, home and electronics stores. Among them: Primark, H&M Home, Levi’s, Foot Locker, Mango, Guess, Rituals or Tous, for instance. But that’s not all! To conclude your perfect afternoon shopping in Palma, FAN offers some additional leisurely activities, such as a cinema night at the Artesiete cinema or a fun adventurous experience at Dock 39, its leisure and adventure centre. Oh, and if you’re hungry after your shopping spree, don’t forget there are numerous restaurants, cafés and even a large Carrefour supermarket.

It is located just 10 minutes from Palma centre, right by Exit 8 of the Palma - Inca Highway, and has an immense free parking lot.
