TOMEU CALDENTEY was born in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a small
village of the east of Majorca, on May 16, 1972, being interested of very
young for the kitchen, which I lead him to studying " Technical specialist in
Hotel and catering business and Turísmo ", in the kitchen speciality,
realizing practices in the Hotel Melià Victoria, Hotel They Are Life and the
Restaurant Xoriguer of Palma, with the teacher Juan Romero (1* Michelin).

The year 2000, after his formation has completed in several kitchens of
reconcido renown and credit exercised in the education takes charge of the
restaurant Molí d'en Bou de Sant Llorenç, developing manager's functions
and chef of kitchen. The Guide Michelin, in his editions of 2004, 2005, 2006,
2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 distinguished to the restaurant "
It Is Molí Den Bou " with a star being the Majorcan first in receiving this distinction.

In May, 2009 the restaurant Is Molí Den Bou moves to Sa Coma's near
locality, next to the Hotel Sa Coma Beach **** of the company Protur Hotels.
During the last years it has been employed at several projects to promote the
Mediterranean Kitchen. It is necessary to entrust the desserts initially of the
food since they need certain time of production.
